Facilitators & Licensing
RAC is implemented through a facilitator-first licensing model.
Licensed facilitators:
Are independent contractors (not employees)
Complete the required training and certification
Demonstrate effective delivery of the RAC process
Are authorized to deliver the program in approved settings
This model supports responsible growth, program consistency, and meaningful opportunities for trained facilitators.
How the Program Works
Rising Above the Chaos is delivered through a licensed, facilitator-led model that protects program integrity while allowing flexibility for organizations.
Each implementation typically includes:
Facilitated group sessions
Participant workbooks
Guided reflection and journaling
Group discussion and application activities
Session pacing, format, and delivery structure vary by organization and audience and are discussed during consultation.

Rising Above the Chaos includes professionally developed materials that support both participants and facilitators, including:

All materials are provided through licensed use and are intended to support faithful, consistent, and effective program delivery.
Certificates & Recognition
Participants who complete all 12 sessions of Rising Above the Chaos receive a Certificate of Completion, recognizing their commitment and participation in the full program. In addition, Rising Above the Chaos is being developed with a future Transformation Certificate pathway. This advanced recognition will be introduced once the transformation process is fully designed, implemented, and integrated into the program.
The Transformation Certificate will be awarded only to participants who:
Complete the full 12-session program, and
Complete the defined transformation process and accountability requirements once available
This two-level recognition approach reinforces that:
Completion acknowledges participation
Transformation acknowledges demonstrated growth and sustained change
Pilot Programs for Faith-Based Organizations
Pilot programs are available for select faith-based organizations seeking to evaluate Rising Above the Chaos prior to full implementation.
Pilot programs allow organizations to:
Experience the structure and flow of RAC
Observe participant engagement
Assess alignment with mission and community needs
Pilot availability, scope, and timelines are reviewed by application and discussion.
