Is Rising Above the Chaos Right for Us?
RAC is not designed as a one-time event, but as a guided process that encourages intentional growth.
RAC may be a strong fit if your organization is seeking to:

Support youth or young adults through guided accountability

Common Questions & Clarifications
RAC is designed for faith-based organizations and communities serving youth, young adults, and adults who are navigating responsibility, leadership, and life direction.
Yes. RAC is rooted in biblical values and principles while remaining practical, respectful, and accessible across faith-based settings.
RAC is delivered through licensed, trained facilitators using structured sessions, participant workbooks, and guided discussion.
At this stage, licensing is focused on individual facilitators, not organizations.
Organizational licensing is planned for a future phase once the program is more widely implemented and evaluated.
Licensed facilitators are independent contractors who:
· Complete required training
· Demonstrate effective delivery of the RAC process
. Are authorized to facilitate workshops within approved guidelines
Pilot Programs
Pilot programs are available for select faith-based organizations seeking to experience Rising Above the Chaos prior to broader adoption.
Pilot programs allow organizations to:
Observe participant engagement
Experience the RAC structure and flow
Evaluate alignment with mission and community needs
Pilot availability and scope are reviewed through application and discussion.
Certificates & Recognition
Participants who complete all 12 sessions of Rising Above the Chaos receive a Certificate of Completion.
A future Transformation Certificate pathway is being developed and will be introduced once the transformation process and accountability framework are fully implemented.
This approach reinforces that:

Transformation recognizes demonstrated growth
